FAQ

Where does my data live?
Primary database in Neon Sydney (aws-ap-southeast-2). PHI files in AWS S3 Sydney. AI inference uses OpenAI under our DPA, with opaque-token de-identification before any request leaves Australia. Full subprocessor list on the security page.
Is the Note Quality Score a regulator compliance attestation?
No. The Note Quality Score is a guidance score derived from rules-based validators and AI rubric scoring against published NDIS Practice Standards. It is not legal advice and does not constitute regulator certification. We provide the evidence — you certify the practice.
Do you replace my PMS?
No. NDIScribe sits alongside Lumary, ShiftCare, Brevity, Halaxy, SupportAbility and others. Keep your rostering, claims and CRM where they are. We fix the documentation layer.
When does Claim Co-Pilot ship?
v1.5 — after a 500-note labelled claim corpus has been reviewed by a qualified NDIS auditor. We will not ship automatic claim recommendations until that eval bar is cleared.
